A warm welcome
We encourage relatives to bring in personal items to make your room look more like home for when you arrive, and if possible we suggest visiting for the day to give you more of an idea of what to expect. You’ll be introduced to all the key staff Members and given a full tour of the home.

When you arrive at our home, you might be feeling overwhelmed and anxious. We will do everything we can to help you settle in. Prior to your arrival we will learn a bit about you so we will have an idea who you might get along with.
